RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUMS The River Oaks Golf Plantation's deluxe condominiums are located on the River Oaks Golf Course. Each condominium is made up of 2 bedrooms (2 beds per bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room w/color cable tv, washer/dryer and a screened in balcony overlooking the course. The complex includes several indoor/outdoor swimming pools, saunas and Jacuzzis, tennis courts and bar-b-que areas. Located at Route 501 and the Intracoastal Waterway, or Route 501 and US 17, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, surrounded by other fabulous courses, restaurants, night clubs and the beach. Linen set-up and cleaning fees are included in the price and extra towels are available upon request.

SANDY BEACH RESORT The Sandy Beach Resort has family fun for everyone. You are right on the beach and just blocks away from all the attractions and amusement parks. Both properties features spacious units with private balconies, outdoor pools, daily maid service, and washer and dryer. All amenities of the famous Caravelle Resort are available to guests staying at either condo.  These amenities include exercise room and video game room.

MYRTLEWOOD GOLF VILLAS Located on Myrtlewood Golf Course at 48th Ave North and US 17, these deluxe condos have 2 extra long twin beds per bedroom, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, L/R w/color cable TV and a screened-in porch/balcony overlooking the Myrtlewood Golf Course.
